There's poker at the Mohigan Sun? Or is that a special event?

I went there once with my father and we were really disapointed that it was mostly slots..

Oh yes, they have expanded and have everything now, private poker rooms and now these huge tournaments!

I would love to enter, but for the sounds of it, you have to qualify, which means being there everyday for a while playing in all the matches, and i can't spend that much time down there, and i have no idea how much it cost to enter this tourney?

will have to do some searching on their website to find all the answers.

So Donk,, you must live close to me/?? And btw, did you pick your user from wwe wrestling?? i remember "donk the clown" back in the day when my kids were small! lol

No, I live in Canada and for a long time poker was illegal here, so you had to go to Foxwoods / Atlantic City / Vegas to play. And yes, I took that name based on the wrestling character. I hate clowns and find them scary, but it was such an idiotic gimmick that it made me laugh.

I had thought you came up with that name just to make us laugh.

I got out of watching wrestling about some 30 years ago, so I don't remember Donk the Clown.

I remember Yahoo McDaniels, "Pretty Boy" Rick Flare and several others from that decade. They had some real bloody matches back in the day.

I went to a real cage match, and there was blood on the floor and bars. So it wasn't fake back in the 70's.

Sorry to go off track here, y'all just brought back some memories.

Oh my goodness, now your talking my language! lol

First of the have a fantastic buffet thats 10$, you can't beat it! Then they have my favorite the "food Court" where there are at least 10 different types of eateries and they are all fantastic!

Then upstairs you have all the fine dining, and the restaurant by the waterfalls which is very good. Michael Jordon's restaurant is very nice but very expensive, but there many to pick from, so walk around and see what you like, the last one i visited was the restaurant from Uconn basketball coach Geno, very nice, very inexpensive and good food.

Enjoy!
