Default Terrible beat...

So I was playing in a 6 person $20 sit and go NL tournament..after a few hands I catch pocket 9's, I raise about 4 times the pot. I get one call.

The flop comes 9, K, 4.

I bet a small ammount to get a call, i get reraised the minimum, I reraise back, get reraised again, and after another reraise the guy just calls. Next card is a King. I raise all in and get called.
We turn over and the guy has K 9......and I'm eliminated. I dont know if the betting goes exactly how i wrote it becuz i dont remember, but probably similar to that.

WOW......

I just played 4 $5 tournaments in a row and got terrible beats to eliminate me on every one of them.

I dont recall all cus im so ****ed i forgot them, but the last one was I went all in with A J against K J

and the guy gets lucky with something. I mean, i dont remember, but they were TERRIBLE. and I played perfect to I mean, went in with a dominating hand everytime and lost. It seems like the site is out to get me or something seriously, Like I can't recall one time I've gotten that lucky and cheated someone out of a pot, but Nonstop Its happening to me, I just dont know what to do, how do you win with this?

just wanted to say to EATthat hand stinks to get caught on but when the second king comes it was a bad time to go all in K4 or K9 OR KK and your a dog and the way he re raised i might have put him on KK or close so its really a self induced bad beat

I wouldnt call it a self induced. I mean the way people play, even if all he had was a pair of K's with low kicker im sure he would bet like that. Its just kind of hard to put him on that, especially when you dont want to...but in my opinion i played that hand to almost the best of my ability. Pot odds force me to call anyways even after the 2nd king, and like i said you dont expect to lose with that hand. cus first of all its not a high chance he has King when 2 are already right there in a 5 man table, and if he does have the king you dont expect him to have a 9 since 3 are already gone, and you dont figure hed call preflop with K 4

Just had one, of what do you call it, OH ya Terrible beat . Was at poker host and on the flop have 3 of a kind guy goes allin . He didn't have anything 2 clubs and 1 club on the board . not even a high card , think it was a 10 high .. Well guess what turns and river , you got it 2 more clubs .

Default Beat just like Betty

Tonight I end up with this guy at the table who calls every single all-in - no matter what hand he has (junk most of the time)...he won the fist 6 or 7 then lost maybe 2 an the won another 4 - 5.

So I'm hanging in there by a thread - not getting anything delt that I'd like to waste my chips on. I'm in the BB he's the only one left who has raised a minimum- I have J 9 s - thinking he's trying to steal my blind ( correct) I call him - the flop comes As Ks 5s - I check - he raises about the pot - I'm pretty sure he doesn't have Qxs (correct again)... I go all in - he calls - with Qs 4h - needless to say both turn and river come spades -

I'm sorry but those don't hurt like this one I had last night. It's posted in a different thread.
