Early can be tough in turbos, unless the deck is smacking you in the face, of course. If the table is rowdy, which is often the case as you noted, I don't try to limp early with low pp or suited connectors. I might try to limp in later position depending on the people left to act and how aggressive they have been. With 99 or higher, though, I am open raising and or re-raising in a turbo, which I probably would not do in an MTT with standard blind structure.
