hellow everyone, i kno we all know that patience is the key, but it really is. i learned that whenever i lose my attitude i tend to play idiotic hands and end up losing bigger. be patient. i need to learn myself still.lol

so true so true!! but having patience is not so easy. Does anyone read or do something else at the start of tournys to try to slow down?

i find if hard to be patient after loosing a big hand i guess i am trying to win back what i lost but it rarly works
