Online Forum Challenge #17 - $2,500 Freeroll sponsored by
Cake Poker, July 14th, 2007 at 3pm EST
Online Forum Challenge #18 - Poker Payday II sponsored by
Cake Poker, July 15th, 2007 at 3pm EST. $5 + $0.50 buyin.
Registration:
This is event is open to everyone. Pre-registration will open on June 20th at approx. 3pm EST and will close on July 11th at 3pm EST. All participants must pre-register with the following information to be eligible to play in this event:
1. The EXACT Player Screen Name used to register your player account on Cake Poker. (participants are urged to double check for any capitalization, punctuation, and/or spaces, if these are allowed in user names at the host site). Only Cake Poker accounts will be eligible to play.
2. The EXACT Login Email Address used to register your player account on Cake Poker. Only Cake Poker accounts will be eligible to play.
3. Select the Forum you wish to represent from the drop down menu. Participants must choose from the list of forums and affiliates on the drop down list in Step 2 of pre-registration. If you do not see your forum or affiliate of choice in this list, you may manually enter the name and web address of your forum of choice by selecting Other- Enter Forum Manually at the top of the drop down list of forums. NOTE: If you manually enter a forum, your pre-registration for this event will not be valid until the forum or affiliate you submitted is verified by OFC.
Cake Poker will remit one ticket to your account after your valid pre-registration on OFC. This ticket will allow you to register for both events 24 hours before the start of the freeroll and 48 hours before the start of the buyin. NOTE: You WILL NOT be automatically registered to play in this event. Each eligible participant must register in the Cake Poker Tournament Lobby before the tournament starts.
Individual Prize Pool:
Online Forum Challenge #17 - $2,000 Freeroll
Online Forum Challenge #18 - Total Individual Prize Pool: Buyins PLUS $2,000 Cash Added.
1st Place wins a bonus prize "Cake Poker Payday" of $200 in their Cake Player Account every month for 12 months.
2nd, 3rd, and 4th place each win a CAC Montreal Package (each package valued at $1,500). Each winner will receive a free pass to the CAC Montreal show and $1,000 reimbursement for travel and lodging expenses, provided by CAC. Winners must participate in the OFC Players Panel of the OFC Workshop "Poker Players Opinions & Suggestions to Online Poker Rooms" at 3:30pm on Monday, August 27, 2007 to be eligible for this prize. Any CAC Montreal Package winners that do not wish to attend and participate will forfeit their bonus prize to the 5th place finisher, or next highest placing player.
Forum Prize Pools will be distributed as follows:

Online Forum Challenge #18 - Poker Payday II
1st Place Forum wins a $400 Private Tournament on Cake Poker
2nd Place Forum wins a $250 Private Tournament on Cake Poker
3rd Place Forum wins a $150 Private Tournament on Cake Poker
4th Place Forum wins a $100 Private Tournament on Cake Poker
5th Place Forum wins a $100 Private Tournament on Cake Poker
Scoring:
Each event is scored independently from each other. The winning forums will be determined by adding the total cumulative points earned by their respective members. Only the top 27 players will earn points for their respective forums in these events. Points will be earned in reverse finish method plus bonus points as follows:
1st Place Individual earns 10 bonus points for their forum.
2nd Place Individual earns 7 bonus points for their forum.
3rd Place Individual earns 5 bonus points for their forum.
4th Place Individual earns 3 bonus points for their forum.
5th Place Individual earns 1 bonus points for their forum.
Therefore 27th place would earn 1 point for their forum, 26th would earn 2 points, etc. 1st place earns 27 points plus 10 bonus points for a total of 37.
OFC will handle all forum scoring aspects and all OFC decisions are final. In the event of a tie between forums, the forum with the highest finishing member in the respective tournament will be declared the winner. All individual and forum prizes will be distributed by Cake Poker.

I'LL play for Freerollerz this time around, that is if you can make it so I can log into Cake. I cant seem to get logged into Cake even with the so called help from Cake support.

Anyone else a little concerned about Cake's system handling this big of a tourney? I know they are working to get the bugs out - I hope they do.

well the game is today....... and we cannot even get together 16 players for this!!! Come on people pull your fingers out!
just google online forum challenge and you should find the site although i think people had to preregister so it might be a bit late now, try anyway it cant hurt and only help

Online Forum Challenge #19 - $2,000 Freeroll sponsored by
Be The Dealer, August 11th, 2007 starting at 3pm EST ending at 7pm EST
The tournament format will be Play Chip Accumulation in any casino game, over a 4 hour period. Players Play Chip Balance will be reset at 15:00 EST. Starting chip count will be 5000 Play Chips, holding no monetary value. Wagering will start at 15:00 EST, and all wagering will freeze at 19:00 EST.
Online Forum Challenge #20 - $7,000 Depositors Freeroll sponsored by
Be The Dealer, August 12th, 2007 starting at 3pm EST ending at 7pm EST
Members who have pre-registered and made a minimum $20 deposit by 3pm EST, Thursday August 8th 2007 will be eligible to play in the OFC Depositor Freeroll.
The tournament format will be Play Chip Accumulation in any casino game, over a 4 hour period. Players Play Chip Balance will be reset at 15:00 EST. .Starting chip count will be 5000 Play or Tournament Chips, holding no monetary value. Wagering will start at 15:00 EST, and all wagering will freeze at 19:00 EST.

Sounds cool, I might have to work, gotta make arrangements to have the following weekend off to play in buddy's base-ketball turny (yes base-ketball lol) but I'll rep the Freerollerz if I can. Let's win one for the good guys every1!
