like i said in my post..i believe..some on the bottom list are sites that accept no US players, but there are also sites on the bottom list that dont allow those 12 states that made it a felony to play poker (not online specifically) where the house is profiting (except the "Native American" reservations..hint hint) but do allow the rest. I ask that people from those states post if they can play at a site and maybe what state they are from and definitely an "as of..." date. I will start a banning all usa list.

So i looked into paradise and apparently they are banning all us players

Theres a little site called century poker that takes US players. Not a lot of players which I like.Never more than 800. Thournys with $1 to $7 buy in.And some good freerolls.
