Default Taking down a bounty SNG

By no means a huge win, but I did manage to win a bounty STT, knocking out 6 of the other entrants. The final hand was my 99 vs 77 and AJs for the win.

I put a horrendous beat on a guy early on. He called my UTG PFR with me holding AJs. flop came J43. We got all-in and he was holding 33 for a set.

Turn: J

River: 4

Good going Biscuit.

A good player finally takes home a little cash for a change?

I need to get back into the saddle and play a little myself.

WTG Biscuit!!!! I love the bounty games...if i can get cards! LOL

I like them cause even if you don't place first..you can rack up $$ with the bounty's to get your $ back for the buy ins.

One night I came out with more $$ than the winner, cause I had bounty money and 3rd place pot. hehehe...winner didn't have any bounty's cept mine :-(

Played 6 more last night, and won 3 of them.

I decided to play some of the Merge network bounty SNGs last night. I did two iterations of 3-tabling them, so 6 total. Just jumped on any bounty SNG in the $2 to $10 range as they became available. 3X10-seaters and 3X6-seaters. I won 3 of them. I should have monied in two others, having huge chip leads with 5 remaining (both 10-seaters), but I started bullying too much and got snapped off at the bubble on both of them. But, after collecting a couple bounties in each, I was freerolling them. On the other I took a JJ<KK early and never recovered.

The play was extremely wild and loose early and then unbelievably tight near the bubble. Just how I like it!

My favorite hand was when I had JTs on the button. I limped it and the flop came J63, none of my suit. SB bet, got one call, and I raised it. Only SB called. Turn was an A, SB checked and I bet half the pot. He folded KJo face up.

At least you made away with something Biscuit.

So many players like to bet their AX's like they are the cadillac of cards, whether they make a hit or not.

I am thinking SB was thinking you were doing just that, so when the A came up on the turn and you bet half pot; the reason for his fold.

Good bluff by the way.
