I was at Caesars earlier this weekend playing $1/$2 NLHE. I only bought in for $100, and was grinding away for about 4-5 hours. At my peak, I was up to around $300, but had dropped down to around $200 when this run started.
The change in luck started with this hand:
I was dealt

in the SB. Everyone folds to the CO, who raises to $10. Button calls, I call, BB folds.
Flop:

:

I check, CO bets $20, button folds, I call.
Turn:

I check, CO bets $40. I call.
River:
I bet out $100, and he calls almost instantly. He made his flush vs my quads

He mucked, but says he made a flush. I
REALLY wish there was a straight flush on the board, because the hand would have been worth about $36K for their bad beat jackpot.
I may have lost $25 on the hand because of my lack of asking how much he had left. I thought his stack was < $100, but he had about $25 behind after he called. It's also possible that he wouldn't have called all-in with the board being paired anyways....so I'm still happy with what I got
After that, I was catching cards like there was no tomorrow. I ended the session about 45 minutes later with just under $700. It's always nice to be able to go to the cashier's window and ask for an extra rack because you have too many chips.
