lol not meaning to rant and cry but today ive had pk aces 4 times,and had them cracked 3 out of the 4,and each time i came out fireing pre flop,so not to let someone come in with crap,only to have them beat over and over,ever have that kinda day? the 1 time i won,i said screw it went all in got a no callers lol,better things in store for the future i hope.I ask myself how many chips am i going to lose when i get them now,instead of wondering how they will win me,not good.

Ha, I had the same problem today, was firing on all cylinders in a 10dollar buy-in tourney, 18 people left, i was about 5th or 6th, a higher stack raised pre-flop, so I thought i'd go all out with my pocket rockets.

I went all-in, he called me with A8.

8 on the flop, 8 on the river, he caught trips.

Suffice to say, I closed the poker straight away before I did some damage to my balance

I lost out of a tourney last night with pocket ace's...bet hard....guy calls with Q something...the flop was Q Q 6..... *shakes head*

I could still handle the loss if not for a friend of the caller who says "he doesn't have the Q..I folded that." *grrr*

hate to get cracked but i still love to see them in my hand. the odds are in my favor i am going all in if i think i will get a caller. if i loose then i loose, but when i see them i am thinking cha ching. i know its wrong to put so much stock in them but i cant help myself. i even do that with kings. lol. heck when i am just taking a slow and steady beat down i will push 99 or better. i am not sure of all the statistics but i just cant help myself.

POket aces ain't allways gonna do the job, but yeah they are nice to have. im allways being called with straight pushers and flush draws . love them ACES though

this is funny , yesterday I was in a big game of 2000 plyrs and was 4th in chips was doing
alright when the cards turnned so to win a hand i went almost allin with pair of 8's

the guy at the other end had enough chips to call and take half my chips
now this is the funny part , when it came to him he waitted then hit extra time and then called
with rockets

like what did he think I had that beats that pre flop?

like he had to think about it

The Pocket Rockets can be a *beep* sometimes with these bad beats. Us poker players just have to live with it.

In a live game I had pocket AA three hands in a row. And lost 2 times out of the 3 to rags and runner runner. It was in a 2/4 limit game

i hate pocket aces and i really hate pocket kings lol
they are my poison i am sure
i even lose with three of the suckers no matter how i play them
i lose more than i win them thats for sure
i guess the other 50 cards have to count sometimes lol
