Default Games to suit your style

I think every successfull Poker Player should find a type of Poker game to play that they do well in and stick to it. Often times players get Excited when they finaly win some cash that they want to use that money to double up instantly say at ring tables. (I'm guilty of that).
The key I've learned is to stick to S&G's say if you finish in the money most times and stick to it until your banktoll builds up. Then if it doesn't cost you too much of your bankroll try a small buy in tourney at first.
Mainly the key in Poker is PATIENCE!!!

Best bet is to play tight aggressive. when you play tight it takes a lot of patients and waiting for the right hand. I ocassionally get excited and blow it as well but not very often and only in freerolls.

Well that I think I have found. Right now as I speak, I am in a free roll at AP Omaha Limit. there are 23 players left. I am leader of the board with 457000+ chips...Twice as many chips as the next top player. Will keep you all posted

Yes i have the same problem jumping from 1 game to another. If i am doing well at the casino i would go and put all my money down on blackjack and lose, it's definately wise to stay with one game that you are successful or good at instead of jumping around, good advice.

There are three P's of poker in my opinion patience, position, and perserverance. I think if you stick to these for the "basics" you will do fine in the tournaments. The other readings of online "tells" such as betting patterns, bluffs, etc. Will come with practice. I totally agree with getting comfortable with a game, making a profit of it, and then learning all the facits of all the other games. Good Post!!!
