% of bad beats with pocket aces

I do pretty good with aces my bad beat ratio is about 5%

narrowing down the field should ensure you don't get outdrawn often
When you do get outdrawn its very hard to fold and you may end up losing alot of money

Last time I had them I hit trips but had to fold the hand as an open straight draw hit the board and someone went all in

Wish I could lay down trip A's. Hit them twice this week and got beat both times. Once by straight, once by flush. Yep, lost a lot of money.

Those pocket AA are very unpredictable pair to have. I have had good luck with them, but did loose a couple of big pots also. You have be aggressive pre-flop if you are going to have any chance at winning with them. Make the players fold, maybe have 1 or 2 players call, you will have a better chance at winning this way...

I have found that most often if you play them aggressive, they pay off for you...

I have learned to limp in ...I have read alll the books and all the theories but I think some people werent meant to win with aces/..

i still say it depends on your position the style of players at the table and the amount of chips. all in with AA preflop should be selective, you should have a clear scope of what your opponents will do AA is no better than 22
if you are in a postion to lose more than you gain. for example. you have AA and 2 players on the bubble go all in why call let them beat each other out. this is preflop of course.

In my case i win 70% of the time when i get pocket AA but ill never overate them, i bet 20% of my cash and i let flop comes to decide the best move.

AA no better then 22

Thats a good one. AA is the best starting so what if 2 people go all in in front of you want to get your money in with the best hand, and at that point you have it. they are going to have to hit either a 2 outer or catch both cards on the board. and if you are bubbling then they are not moving with 38 off suit and if so they deserve to be knocked out. Its after the flop you have to be carefull with AA, you have to read the board and watch they way they are betting if there is a str8 or a flush out there yeah your AA is probably no good. But preflop any time someone goes all in in front of you, you have to call.

Despite thwe horror stories I still love to get the rockets abd do quite well with them in most cases. A lot of the people that complain about bad beats are the ones that play them incorrectly just like they play a lot of their hands wrong. If you can isolate one lamb with your rockets you will be happy with them.
