Its hi/lo definetly your chances of catching hands are greatly improved, although 7 card is not one of my favorits, i do play it from time to time .

I really like both but.... maybe I prefer regular.... hmmmmm ..... H/L..... hmmm I really don't know!

I like stud hi/lo myself. Stud hi is ok as well but given the choice id take the hi/lo
