Default limit hi/lo omaha

Now this is an interesting game to me, at first i was quite put off by how the game was played but then i started to understand the way the game was played and grew to love it . its a great break from NL holdem. i suggest it for anyone that needs a break from NL holdem

I started playing it limit, but soon discovered the PL is better. Limit just allows anyone with any draw to hang around. At least with PL they have to have a good draw to play if they want to win the pot often enough to make it profitable. The profit you make off the game is from people drawing to hands that they shouldn't and PL makes it much more profitable.

Limit hi/lo Omaha is the perfect game for people that love to sit in a traffic jam or enjoy returning a xmas gift first thing boxing day morning. I started playing a game on December 12/06 and it’s still going on today. This game should be outlawed it’s insane! You could murder 1000 lawyers in Texas and start a limit h/l Omaha game on the same day. Get convicted use all your appeals and they would still have to wait for you to finish your game before throwing the switch.

Stop playing this game and maybe it will go away

I agree with the PL being better than the limited, especially since I have never seen a NL Omaha Hi/Lo. I like the PL as well because if you bet the max that you can then it is sometimes enough to deter players from calling just because they think they might make a better hand by the river, which normally happens in a limit game since most players call every single bet no matter what they have.

I totally agree that PL is much better, no matter what the game! PL is second to NL in my opinion but much better than 'limit'

Love the game but do not like the Limited version and preferr the NL or PL. Seems that nobody folds in the limited games and are then able to beat me most of the time. I have finally gotten good enough to know what to fold from the get go and not waste too much money on a bad starting set of cards.
