Over time and some bumps and bruises, I finally got the hang of Omaha Hi/Lo and definitely like it better than 7 card stud or just regular Omaha. I also find that I will only play a hand if I have a choice of winning both the Hi or Lo because I don't lose as much.

its better to play this game with higher stakes tho...maybe in lower stakes is not profitable but with higher stakes it actually is...not the same thing to split a $20 or $50 pot than a $2000, $5000 etc etc pot

and of course the idea is to not split at all....but with split option u have a opportunity to save some chips sometimes

and i have to say that 7-2 lowball should be discussed in this forum...thats one of the variances of poker i want to master so if someone knows how to play it like it is(im very mediocre at this game) please post a thread or something
