Arrow AA preflop

I'm in the SB with a stack of 1830, the blinds are 15/30 there are 6 players left at my table, I am Dealt:

UTG raised to 60 (their stack is at 1600)
UTG+1 Reraises to 90
It folds to me and I Reraise to 350
UTG calls
UTG+1 Reraises all in to 675

What should I do?
  • Call to allow UTG to take a shot at my aces
  • Raise to 1000 so UTG is pot commited
  • Push All in as he's already called one Reraise and this pot is getting big enough for him to be getting good odds to draw at me.
UTG has 1250 chips left and I have no strong information on either player.

I like the later as a push would pull you all in with he best hand and what more could you ask for beside two more aces on the flop.

Pushing at this point pretty much screams AA, while re-raising to 1000 strongly suggests it. In either case, it's not automatic that UTG will stay in. On the other hand, if you call, it seems likely he will. So, whether you want to call or re-raise largely depends on how much you want to encourage or discourage UTG from staying in the hand. I'm inclined to make the re-raise to 1000 but I don't think any of the three choices is clearly best.

I say he's got KK or AK and isnt thinking of laying it down so I'd shove it all in there. Plus the people watching on TV oughta really like that. hehehe

its to early in the tourny to do any of those ... limping with AA is the only safe thing ... so early in a tourny all the donks are still in playing there 10 4 os and I've seen so many guys push w/ AA and get taken out when the other guy hits on the turn and river ... FOLD FOLD FOLD ... push with your pocket A's later in the tourny ... but thats just me everyone will play it differently

Anouther mixed opinion question

meh at least if its hard to come up with a clear answer I cant have gone far wrong.

I ended up pushing all in and UTG folded after thinking for ages.
UTG + 1 flipped over TT and my aces held up.

Looking back on it I think I should have raised to 1000 as he still would not be getting the odds to continue against my aces and would be pot commited so would have to go all in unless the flop was very bad.

Arjonius is right about anouther Reraise is screaming aces but it is an online tournement, people are very aggressive and not very observant if this was a live game against capable players I would consider calling based on my table image.

oh and I ended up busting out of the tournement just out of the bubble
I had the chip lead cold call my 88 I got a good low flop with one overcard so pushed all in after they checked to come face to face with QQ

Probably played it too aggressivly but the chiplead was very loose and any other bet would have left me pot commited

I push, don't giving him the odds to play against you. When you make he plays out of odds, you win... Make him do a wrong move

So you don't feel lucky do you punk. Because if you did you would have pushed and hope for a single caller. Any more than that and who knows what will happen. Like at a full table the 1000 bet is the wise play, but with only 6 players in this hand and the number of raises that have already taken place this screams for an all in push. I can't see anyone putting you on aces with your first bet of 350. Now UTG-1 might be a bigger concern to me if I was the player UTG. I would think he had aces and the BB had slick or queens or jacks. The UTG is the only player who would stand a chance of getting away from this hand from what I read. BB has to push and UTG-1 has to call it looks like a great race in the making. I wish I was there to have seen it play out. I am glad it worked out in your favor Deco. Keep us updated on your hunting stories.
