Well timed bluff or overaggression?

I have no information on the players as I hadn't loaded up my poker HUD for once.

25/50c NL holdem 6man
Me and my opponent both have stacks of $40

I'm in the CO and I'm dealt

UTG calls
MP raises to $2.50
I call
The blinds and UTG fold

The flop comes the pot is $6:

MP bets $2.50
I'm thinking he's stuck with a big ace or has me beat with an overpair so I raise to $7
He calls instantly

The pot is $20 the turn comes:

MP bets $2.50
I without a doubt think he has the likes of KK, QQ, JJ or TT.

Should I give up this pot?
Or raise all in for $30?

fold...u dont know the player...he could be in a draw as well as holding a big pair like u said...the problem is that you dont know the guy...he could be scare betting or leading...u need more info about the guy to make a fancy play...u know it...u folded the hand anyways...right

I think he has big pair or big A .
If he has big A he calls your all in .
If he has big pair he will call 1/2 the time .
so all in !
