Starting Jan 1st, we will be requiring pre-registration for all of our events.

Some points that you need to know :

1) You are not eligible to play in our games till you have made 20 quality posts.

League prizes will be rewarded on a monthly basis for the winner(s) based on the points scheme listed on the league forum.

I think this is a good policy since you want to have people in this forum to seriuosly discuss Poker. I feel that the more I discuss Poker here the more I learn. It's great to get feedback to your ideas of the game and how to improve my play. Also it's great to relate to others who have similar interests.

twenty post, I think you have the highest requirements of any forum I have seen. You site looks good so the requirement is reasonable.

That is a very good policy considering that most sites you can just sign up, get the password and never have to do anything else.
