Default Loving Pot Limit

I find myself loving Pot Limit more and more every time I play as I find the nature of the game fits my style of play very well. One of the new poker rooms near my house doesnt offer NL, only PL so I find myself playing it a lot more every week. I find PL Hold'em is very similar to Omaha in that there are few pre-flop raises so it gives you a chance to see a lot of cheap flops and play small pots after the flop. This is great for me as it gives me a lot of opportunities to out-play my opponents after the flop which is by far my greatest strength. Just my two cents.

I play a lot more no limit than pot limit but they are both okay the only one i dislike is limit the pots are never very big.

what I like is if u get a monster hand preflop or after
flop u seem to get paid more cause when u bet the Pot players
think your over betting to steal and they say well its cheap
so ill call

I've tried pot limit a bit, but it seems to be a tad harder for me. More people tend to stay in the hand and you can't bluff really at all. Not that I enjoy bluffing but what I like is checking to someone that goes all-in on a bluff and here I am with the nut flush. MONEY!!

I like both pot and no limit. I play no limit more bc it gives me more room to bluff or protect my hand bc in limit and pot limit your monster could be easily suckout out by player just calling for the hell of it.

I think PL is a nice go between from the NL (possibility of losing to an allin bet) to the 'limit' (player willing to call and raise on every card and making their hand). At least with PL, I feel like I can bet substantial enough to deter another player from fishing but if they do and happen to pull a better hand then at least I am still in the game.

Originally thought I loved it too, but found that the games just take longer to lose your money because the donks are more prevelent in these games and they will just keep raising with nothing and pull a hand by the river. I hate pot limit.

actually its nice to prevent the donks from allin every hand preflop, its a blocker (inless u get 2 donks at the same table)
