Thumbs up One of the best Poker scenes

This is one of the best poker scenes in a movie that I've seen....even better than those in Rounders

The few clips of this scene that were on youtube had horrible audio - you could barely hear what was going on. I pumped up the volume (not too loud, it's just right) on this one and it's great.

Also, what's up with the tiles? Do they actually use those over in Europe?

If you could find out that name of that show, I'd sure appreciate it. I'm sure I can find it somewhere to download...

I did see a poker tournament simular to the one dcputernut is talking about held at the Royal Sur poker room in London. I should have written down the tournament name for discussion, because I am not good at remembering names.

There were three Americans playing at the final table. One of them there from a satalite win with long hair, a cowboy hat and sunglasses. This man was laying down so many bad hands after a half hour of play, that he had to bluff his way towards winning chips. The three Americans were the first three to be taken out. Perhaps from being out of their element.

But I remember them using green rectangular tiles and each one represented $10,000 in chips.

I remember watching a WPT tournament on TV a while back where they used those tiles.

Cool scene - kinda like playing online!

Side note: Never did like him as Bond though.
